Open Vendor Registration Begins June 27th, 2017
Deposits Due August 27th, 2017
All booths need to be paid in full by November 27th, 2017.

REGISTER

You must represent or fit into one of these 3 categories to be considered
as a Vendor at the 2018 Wizarding Dayz Event:
Education, Literacy, Charity,Fantasy or S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology,
Engineering, Art and Math).

If you are not sure what category you fit into, we can help you. Please
mark “Not sure” on your registration application in the category section.
Most applications will be approved with in 72 hours. Each sub category EX:
Wand Vendors, will only 3 have vendors approved per category. The
categories fill up fast and are first come first serve. If the category
you are registering for is full, you will be placed on our “Wait list” if
one of the vendors in your category does not pay their deposit on time or
pay for their booth in full by the due date you will be moved from the
wait list to Approved, and will receive an email with instructions. After
you are approved you will receive a pay link with in 72 hours if you are
approved.

Please make sure you fill out the registration section completely. We
have also had many people want bigger size spaces and we will be sending
those special prices over as we create those customer spaces for you.
Don’t be afraid to ask for a custom space.
